A Blessed Sunday and a Powerful Connection

Hello Richmond! Richmond in the house!

I honestly wasn’t planning to post today, but it just didn’t feel right to leave you all without an update. So on this Sunday evening, let’s all take a moment and say: Thank you, Jesus!

Today, I found myself in the exact place I needed to be — positioned right in front of AG Ellison before he took the stage. It was the perfect moment to share our business plan, especially the part that includes Minnesota. I explained that one of our partners has three billion dollars in future projects, meaning he is ready to invest and build a facility directly in the Black community.

I also described the impact of uniting five cities to participate in our Be The Goat civil rights sports tournaments. The vision is powerful, and the opportunities are real.

After I finished, I asked him if we could take a picture together. He said “sure,” reached out, and shook my hand. I told him how proud I was of his work — how he restored dignity and pride to the Black man in America. I could tell he appreciated those words, because they came straight from my heart.

I’m honestly too tired to write much more, but I want to say this: our prayers keep getting answered. Never in my life did I imagine our paths would cross, but God has His own timing and plan.

It would be truly beautiful to have a team that represents unity — including a white man and a white woman who recently became certified as a minority-owned business. We’ve already talked about what that means for the team and the doors it can open.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful day. I’m signing off for now.

Thank you, Richmond — and thank you to everyone else for your constant support!
